Visa processing, licence renewal and document clearing in Dubai.
Visa processing
Employment and investor visas, from the work permit through the medical test and Emirates ID to the residence visa. Also renewals and cancellations when someone leaves.
Trade licence renewal
We track your renewal date, check the tenancy and approvals your licence depends on, and file the renewal before it lapses.
Document clearing
Typing and submitting applications, collecting approvals and certificates, and keeping copies on file so the next transaction is quicker.
Ejari and address
An Ejari for your licence through our virtual office or a private office at Prime Tower, so your address and your licence stay in step.
How an employment visa is processed in Dubai.
The usual order for a private-sector employee, as set out on the UAE government portal. Times depend on the authorities and on your documents.
Source: u.ae, employment of expatriates in private companies. Your company also needs an active licence and a visa allowance first. Our private offices are registered on the Ejari at a standard 10 sqm, which generally qualifies for around 4–5 employment visas, subject to approval by the authorities. Read about visa quota by office size.
- 01
Job offer
The offer follows MOHRE's standard contract and is signed by both sides and registered with the ministry.
- 02
Work permit
The employer applies to MOHRE with the employee's photo, passport copy and any required qualifications or approvals.
- 03
Entry and status
The approved permit lets the employee enter the UAE and stay for up to two months while the residence permit is completed.
- 04
Medical and Emirates ID
The employee takes the medical test and gives biometrics for the Emirates ID. The employer pays these costs.
- 05
Residence visa
The residence permit is issued for one or two years, depending on the contract. We note the expiry date for renewal.
Trade licence renewal checklist.
What we check before your licence comes up for renewal. Missing any one of these is the usual reason a renewal stalls.
- A valid Ejari for your licensed address
- Current licence details and activities
- Partner and manager passports and Emirates IDs
- Any approvals your activity needs
- Immigration and labour records up to date
- No outstanding fines or violations
Without a valid Ejari you cannot keep a DET licence active. If your tenancy ends before your licence does, our virtual office with Ejari or a private office keeps your address in place.
How our PRO services are priced.
Government fees depend on the transaction and the authority, so we quote for the work you need rather than publish a single price. Tell us what is due and we will send the cost before we start.
One transaction
A single visa, renewal or certificate. You get a quote for that job, including the government fees.

PRO services in Dubai: common questions.
What does a PRO do in Dubai?
A PRO handles a company's dealings with government offices: visas, labour and immigration records, licence renewals, approvals and document submissions. It saves the owner from queues, repeat visits and rejected applications.
How long does a visa take?
It depends on the authority and on your documents. The UAE government portal says a work permit is usually issued in about five calendar days, and the employee then has up to two months to complete the residence steps. We give you a timeline for your case before we start.
How much do PRO services cost?
We quote per job, because government fees vary by transaction. Ask for a quote and we will list the government fees and our fee separately.
Can you renew a licence that has already expired?
Usually, yes, though fines may apply for the late period. Send us your licence details and we will tell you what is needed.
Tell us what's due.
A visa, a renewal or a stack of documents. Send the details and the PRO team will reply within 2 business hours, or within 5 minutes on WhatsApp.
Hand over the paperwork. Keep the business moving.
Message the PRO team with what you need and we will send the steps, the documents and the cost.
